We all speak the language of the body. At home, in private moments, in the office, with clients, or in meetings—we’re constantly sending signals through more than just words. Through looks, posture, breath, emotions, and positioning in space, we communicate. In fact, most human communication is nonverbal. We express what we think and feel through the body. And yet, we don’t always understand what’s being said through someone’s glance, stance, expressions, or gestures.
This training uses guided theatrical exercises to deepen awareness of the body and nonverbal communication. Through observation, experimentation, and reflection, participants gain vivid insights. They experience how words take on new meaning when body language shifts—and discover how to consciously express themselves and better perceive others.
Participants develop:
A clearer understanding of their own posture, movement, gestures, and facial expressions
Enhanced sensitivity to others’ emotions and nonverbal cues
More mindful and authentic interpersonal communication
